Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When initiating a return, you will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please keep it safe.

At BEGOGI, we offer free returns on all products. We cover the cost of return shipping, so you can shop with confidence knowing that if something isn't quite what you expected, you can return it at no extra cost.

Note : Unfortunately, We do not accept returns on items purchased using gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, we encourage you to contact the company immediately. By doing so, the company will be able to assess the issue and take necessary measures to rectify it, whether it be by sending a replacement, offering a refund, or any other action deemed appropriate to resolve the situation and ensure your satisfaction as a customer.


If you decide that you no longer want the damaged product upon receiving it, you may initiate a return and we will proceed with a refund. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition when initiating the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund according to our refund policy.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items, such as personalized or intimate products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please check with our customer service team if you have any questions about the eligibility of an item for return.
